I had a fantastic experience at Shaded & Bladed earlier this month for my Ultraformer III HIFU treatment. The service was extremely professional, the environment was clean and comfortable, and everything was explained clearly throughout. What really sets this clinic apart is that Georgina use the Ultraformer III, which is the best and most advanced HIFU machine on the market, and this gave me confidence I was getting a top quality treatment. My skin already feels lifted and refreshed. Highly recommend!
I recently had a HIFU treatment with Georgina and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was very nice, clean, and welcoming. When I was looking for HIFU treatments, my main concerns were hygiene and expertise, Georgina exceeded both. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. Can’t wait for my full result!
Georgina has no customer service skills nor does she have any sense of understanding of how to deal with a customer, I had an infection last minute which I informed her several times by contacting on her phone number stated on google as well as on WhatsApp, I also turned up at the appointment with proof I am on antibiotics and the fact that I just seen the dentist last night but no empathy no customer service skills, NONE whatsoever, PLEASE A AVOID as I agree with another person leaving a similar review as mine, when it becomes all about money and not about care for the customer this is when people end up losing their business in the end, she robbed me of £89!
I went to do the HIFU treatment with Georgia, and I really recommend her! She was absolutely wonderful. The room was fantastic—very cosy and comfortable, it didn’t feel like a clinic at all. She explained the process beforehand, showed me the equipments, and guided me through every step. I especially appreciated the countdown she did during the procedure; it really helped ease any discomfort because I knew exactly when each part would end. She made me feel completely at ease, and the entire experience was truly wonderful.
I waited two weeks before writing this review because I went on holiday, and I can now confidently say that I’m seeing results. As she mentioned, I can feel the tightness around my neck, face, and jaw, and I’m very sure the treatment is working. Thank you, Georgia!
