Georgia had added a fan to the treatment room to combat the warm temperatures, advising me to let her know if it was too cold and as normal to let her know if the pressure she was using for the treatment was too much.

Came away knowing I'd had a sports massage, Georgia advised to make sure I kept hydrated, recommended exercises to maintain the progress made during the session and that as it was a first Sports massage I may feel sore for a few days afterwards.
