The salon is dated and in poor condition. My appointment was made with George but ended up being picked up by someone else. I’m not a London local and have a very good hairdressers and an expensive cut from a very experienced hairdresser, the stylist kept picking up bits of my hair during the dry to point out differing lengths, however it’s cut like this as my hair is very thick and it’s thinned out to look like an even lob. No heat protection spray used and my hair felt frazzled when finished
