My entire experience from the moment I walked in to when I left, was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming team. I love my haircut it was perfect; George listened to my needs and helped me visualise a hairstyle. I asked for a blow dry and an up-do hairstyle which matched exactly what I wanted. I left feeling 10 times more confident than I walked in. I will definitely be back!

I thought you can’t really go bad with a simple blow dry but it turns out you can. The hairdresser didn’t brush my hair properly causing it to be extremely knotted and tangly. Blow dry left me almost in tears as she was pulling on my hair so hard and they were stuck in a brush every time she tried to blow dry. On top of it she made it sound like it’s my fault because I have thin hair; all while talking to her colleague in another language.
Unprofessional, rude, disappointing.
