Rude staff especially Elie. he charges extra if you are born with lots of hair despite not spending more time in blow drying than other thin hair. he spend 25 min blowing my hair but asked the reception to ask me for £5 extra! Im a customer but now decided to boycotted it because these kind of treatments shows greediness and lack of customers respect.
