Normally a good barber. Absolutely awful today. I had a 9am booking but expected to queue behind 15ish people who had just turned up. Manager tells me the queue is 20 mins max but won't put his money where his mouth is when I called his bluff and said "OK, we get free hair cuts if we wait longer". I don't see the point of booking if it literally gets ignored - after last lockdown I did a walk in appointment and was happy to wait. i organised my morning based on the appointment so am now annoyed.

From the description of service’s off the website I was left wondering if I was at the right place.hair consultation was poor even showed pictures of the style I wanted but cut it way too short on top. Was a good hair cut but not what I asked for also nicked my neck with cutthroat razor which took 5 minutes to stop the bleeding which sealed my fate of going back think I need a stylist rather than a barber
