Went to the Gentlemans Fade for the first time today. Consultation with Jakz was brilliant, he talked me through every stage of the cut and then did exactly what he said he would. He understood exactly what I was aiming for and what my hair needed and advised me throughout. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I was offered a drink almost as soon as I arrived and throughout. Best of all I left with the best haircut I've had in years and feeling tons better, thank you Jakz. I'll be back soo

I was just looking for a quick cut on Saturday afternoon and I've been pleasantly surprised by the barbers professionalism.
Not only he was precise and meticulous on what he was doing (which is something you don't often find if you need a quick cut) but he also gave me some styling advice on my hair.
Perfect example of exceeding customers' expectations by just being nice, polite and attentive,
