A solid experience overall. I didn't have a prior appointment but luckily they had availability. I was greeted nicely on arrival, offered some water and shown to a comfortable seat.
Jakz made sure to listen to what I wanted and made friendly convo whilst trimming me. He was also quite knowledgable about the shaving products. Overall happy with the fade and lineup and I will definitely return
