First time I’d had a treatment since lockdown and I was really impressed. Social distancing, PPE etc was fully followed and the massage itself was the best I’ve had! I rebooked first another treatment straight away.

I gave 1 star as there wasn't an option for no stars!! I went to my Ear candling appointment & was on time. Noone was there, I tried calling the mobile number only to be told 'this number is no longer available!' I waited for 25 minutes & still nothing, I went elsewhere!
Not impressed, such a waste of time & so glad I hadn't already paid for the service!

It took two hours to take my gel nail varnish off and apply new gel. I’ve ended up with patchy nails that are different colours.

Chris really knew what she was doing, massage was very thorough and pressure was just how it should be. You can see she's a professional sports therapist, totally different level than in all spa places. Would definitely recommend her and will be coming back.
