I had a wonderful experience here. As it was my first time she was very welcoming and calmed my anxieties with her warm personality. The room where the wax took place was private from the public, clean and had a very comfortable feel to it. Gen explained the methods and products she was using which is nice to be aware of and she was easy to talk to which made the experience not awkward at all despite being an intimate area. The wax I received was very good value for money and I would happily pay the price again. It was a pleasure to be treated by Gen and I will be booking with her again and recommending her services to my friends.

Gen was really welcoming, arrived on pretty much the hottest day of the year, but the treatment room was very cool and relaxing, as for the Swedish massage really relaxing and took many knots out! I will definitely be coming back ! Thank you Gen x
