Really lovely facial and setting however instead of receiving the 1 hour treatment time as was advertised on Treatwell and paid for, I only received 50 minutes. When questioned the member of staff informed it was the anti ageing facial that was an hour and not the classic. Therefore I feel short changed and disappointed in the service.
