When I first walked into the salon I was a bit concerned because it didn’t look very nice, however when I was taken to the back room where the waxing was done, it was very nice and clean. Gen was very nice and friendly, and the wax she used was very gentle and relatively painless (as far as waxing goes.) I only went here because I needed a last-minute appointment and my usual salon was booked up, but I wouldn’t hesitate to go here again if needed. Very happy with the service!
