The therapist was running 10 minutes late with her last client, spending time booking her previous clients next appointment. Because of this, my appointment was extremely rushed.
I’ve been have waxes done for 20 years and this was probably one of the most painful I’ve ever had because such large areas were being waxed at one time.
I have used the therapist before and was happy but this time it was so uncomfortable I can never use her again. What should have taken 45 minutes to an hour was rushed into 30 minutes all because she wanted to keep her other customers happy. For the rest of the day I felt very uncomfortable and was quite annoyed I was charged so much money for such a rushed procedure.
You should really take more care of your customers if you want them to come back, I could not recommend
