It was my first time having treatments at this salon. The therapist was lovely and the waxing I had done was absolutely fine.
However the gel mani / pedi is incredibly disappointing. After a week, the regrowth on the fingers is really bad as the gel was not painted close enough to the cuticle. The gel has also lifted on three fingernails and one toenail, leaving only half the nail with colour on. I’m halfway through a two week holiday and had treated myself to the gel nails as in my experience they usually last at least 2-3 weeks. However I now have terrible nails for the rest of my holiday and no way to get them sorted.
I did also email the salon before doing this review to raise these issues but have had no reply to date.

Had to return to get a nail re-finished. No compensation offered for having to go back. Very disappointed. I get my nails done every month and paid more for the convenience of going here. Won’t be returning.
