Gen was so lovely and professional. I was a little nervous as I am heavily pregnant, but the treatment was so quick and pain free. The salon was spotless and the hygiene and safety procedures were really reassuring. I will absolutely be returning to Gen for all my future waxing appointments. I would highly recommend!
