My first wax with Gen and wow…it was painless! Everything was spotless and it was a really calming atmosphere. I was a bit nervous at first as it was my first wax in a very long time, but Gen was really lovely and I realised in the first 10 seconds I had nothing to worry about. Wish I had found Gen sooner!

I visited the salon for the first time today. I was completely tense and frankly exhausted. Gen was really lovely and pleasant. She listened to my needs and tailored my massage accordingly. The massage room was clean and very soothing. My deep tissue massage was fantastic, I feel 100 times better now. I will definitely be returning and would not hesitate to recommend Gen.
