My only place to go for a wax! Gen never disappoints. Very professional, clean and easy wax. Very minimal pain and leaving the area fully smooth, no irritation, sickness or left over residue. Will be back again for further treatments

First time at Gems amd Holly was lovely and friendly. She did a great job going my gel removal. I did a straightforward pedicure without any polish added and my feet were lovely,soft and pampered.

Holly was amazing, she was so friendly, made me feel really comfortable and ensured she was applying the right pressure and working the right areas. My only criticism would be of the wobbly, squeaky bed and the fact I could hear a fair bit of noise from the salon. Overall though a lovely massage would recommend Holly.
