Gemm were not aware of my appointment when I arrived so had to wait 20 minutes. I was in a hurry so this wasn't convenient. I left the salon more than 30 minutes later than expected.
During my manicure one of the therapists cut my skin around 2 nails, There was quite a bit of blood and to be honest I was concerned about hygiene of the salon in light of this. The pedicure chair wasn't ready so I had to have the first half of my pedicure on a chair in the middle of the salon - not comfortable or relaxing.
Overall this wasn't an enjoyable experience and I will not be returning to Gemm or recommending it to anyone.

The lady who did my eyelash extensions, Sandra, was really lovely and polite. She was also very gentle with my eyes. The eyelashes are comfortable and natural looking. However, there was another lady who was in and out of the room so many times as she needed stuff for a treatment. I don't think this was usual practice but she was oblivious at how impolite she was being and didn't apologise. I had my eyes closed and she was bumping into the treatment bed and really wasn't making any effort not to disturb.
But I would go back as my eyelash extensions are good.
