As usual Sharna was friendly, welcoming and talked to me all through doing my brows and lashes which is great as it makes the time fly but also shows she takes a real interest in her customers. My brows and lashes looked fab when I left and the tints always last longer than other places I've been to, wouldn't go anywhere else now.
