The lady who did my hair was very nice and she listened carefully to my description of the kind of haircut I wanted to go for and she double checked with me after washing my hair and before to procee cutting it - which I really appreciated.
it's a very good value for money and would certainly recommend it to my friends.

The beautician was 15mm late, I waited in the hair salon which is quite dated. It would definitely help to refurbish it and paint the wall as well as clean the hair from the floor. Once the beautician was ready she took me downstairs in a small untidy room. The hollywood was ok and quick. It took her about 10min and I was out.
If you are not regarding about the place then go there it is quick and efficient.
Hollywood Waxing
The lady was lovely but you can hear the hairdryers through the door the whole time which didn't help with the relaxation. I also would just get a 30 minute facial if I went again as I felt like I just had more 'relaxation' time for the hour version i.e lying down on my own in the room, not more of a facial
Classic Facials
I had highlights and a cut here. It's reasonable for the price but the highlights were not as fine as I've had there in the past but I think they may have used more packets on me previously as they were not as busy. The cut was excellent and the colour came up really well.
