Very disappointing. Not the bouncy blow dry I asked for- didn’t look or feel like a professional blow dry.

Sadly the stylist had double booked/was short on staff. However I wasn’t made aware of this so waited 30 mins after my appointment was meant to begin to start on my hair. No drink, coffee/tea was offered & very little chat. I asked for a “Big bouncy blow dry” and got the tightest curls I’ve ever seen. Like a 6 year old at a wedding. I asked if we could brush them out & add some serum (I have dry, brittle hair) and she left me to do that myself. The whole experience was just a bit of a shame:-(
