Gemma is a really welcoming, professional therapist I was immediately welcomed and made to feel relaxed on the beauty bed. The beauty bed is heated and the room is clean,tidy and fresh smelling.Gemma is so light and delicate when applying the lashes you could easily fall asleep during you're treatment my eyelashes look natural I highly recommend .
