I had a gel removal and normal nail varnish applied afterwards. I arrived at my appointment and there were two nail technicians and no clients. I was asked to sit down to have my gel removed. The acetone and cotton wool were applied and then my nails wrapped in foil. As my nails were soaking two walk in clients came in. I was left with my soaking nails for what I felt was longer than necessary as the other clients were attended to. In short not a great experience.
