The nail technician did a good job on my nails but it was frustrating that I had to wait over twenty minutes for him to attend to me even though I'd booked in advance. When I arrived he seemed a bit surprised to see me and didn't know what service I had booked - it seems a bit pointless to have a booking system if you still have to wait so long when you arrive.
