My nails and cuticles were butchered. The nail techs either didn’t listen to whatever I had to say or didn’t understand what I wanted. The extensions were really long so I asked to be a bit shorter which for them meant the size of my natural nail (which defeats the purpose of getting extensions??). At the end, as we were running out of time they filed underneath the nail without even looking and ouch! Also you would expect after paying this much they’d finish off with some sort of hydration...
