This wasn't my first visit, but I've had better experiences - the salon a bit chaotic and clients who had booked appointments - myself included - were kept waiting 10-15 mins beyond their time to account for walk-in customers, which didn't seem fair. I had requested a particular technician but this was changed at the last minute. Having said this, the gel manicure was good and my preferences were listened to (e.g. three coats instead of two for a pale colour).
