Didn’t have my usual girl Hannah and My nails took longer than usual with a few errors which were corrected but they’re not 100% perfect as I would expect. I didn’t feel the guy knew what he was doing as much as the ladies. hannah switched to finish my nails.

1 start is way too high for my experience which was terrible. Only 2 customers and 2 members of staff kept swapping places between us, the girl barely speaks English and the man didn’t speak at all. For my first time here it was definitely my last, I wish I could share pictures of how bad my nails were done. I had a full set and the man out way too much glue of tips, not to mention the colour was very poorly applied, too much varnish and they were lumpy so took forever to dry, the top coat applied on top also badly applied that didn’t viver the whole nail and it’s very visible, body came to check if everything was ok, no cuticle oil was offered / hand lotion, I was in a lot of pain due to so much superglue under my nails and they look hideous. Poor customer service and poor skills. Maybe they were new staff, the man seems lost and maybe that’s why they kept swapping places but it’s no excuse. Another customer was also complaining before I left. Will NOT comeback and DO NOT recommend.£35 down the drain and now need to wait a few days for soreness to go away so I can have my nails fixed.
