I pre booked on the app and was early for my 5pm appointment and was told to sit down and was offered tea. A customer arrived at 5.05pm for 5pm appointment, was given priority. At no point did any of the staff communicate that there was a delay in my service. My service started at 5.15pm. The manicure was done in room temperature water which made the nail tech use aggressive force on my cuticles. I asked questions about the process of dipping technique which the nail tech explained and I was pleased. Upon the final filling touches, the nail tech was aggressively filling and cut my skin. When I had informed her of the cut, she was very nonchalant about it. I showed her the cut and insisted that she cleaned it. Soon after I expressed to her my concern for the cut and that I would be happy if she would waiver the pedicure. She eventually agreed but again she did not think of how she could compensate the cut without me saying something. I noticed that the nail tech kept stopping to look at the service that her colleagues were doing and talking in thier native tongue in front of customers. Overall the dipping process was fantastic but the lack of communication, prioritising one client over another, the lack of professionalism and the aggressive force used on my fingers was in bad taste. I will not return.
