Abysmal. DO NOT GO HERE. The owner (the OWNER) did my infills... every nail is asymmetrical. They all veer to the left. I went back in after deliberating for a while. But they just depressed me. Owner was not bothered in the slightest. She refused to give me a refund. Literally she admitted not one nail was straight but said that bc time had elapsed I wasn’t entitled to one (???!). Kept telling me to ‘think about the needs of the business.’ Dishonest woman. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

The staff were very polite and kind, but this place wasn’t for me. The staff were wearing masks and didn’t really talk during the treatment and used electrical tools. They were very efficient and nice but it isn’t the kind of place I would usually go to and didn’t feel luxurious or relaxing. But as I said the staff were very nice and it may just be a personal preference.
