Showed a picture of what I wanted and they said they could do it but clearly not. First she cut my nature nails off then tried to add an acrylic extension. I asked if she was doing gel and got a yes but continued to put acrylic on my nails. It then took 2hours!! My natural nails are destroyed. I am very upset. The result was a very lumpy wonky shaped nails half the thickness of my actual finger. Asked her to take them off at the end and to her credit she tried to fix them but still are poor.
