Another good experience at Gel Nail Spa. The only thing I’d say is that the staff need to welcome customers a little more warmly. On the two occasions I’ve been here, nobody greets you as you walk in and the first nail technician who removed my gels didn’t say anything to me the whole time, not even a hello. Other than that, the experience was good and I really like my new nail colour :)

Had such a wonderful experience at Gel Nail Spa. The salon was calm and inviting, and also spotless! The staff were so friendly and accommodating and the nails are perfect - will be making this my regular salon!

Lovely staff, it was very cold inside though and the same few songs on repeat. I also think I got an acrylic set not gels, like I booked. But I'venot had my nails done for ages so could be wrong.
