First time I went to this salon and the staff was kind and welcoming. I had booked at the last minute, but I was still attended on time and I was done within the estimated duration of the treatment. But I was not happy to be asked to pay £5 extra for asking for a 'rainbow manicure', so having a different colour on each nail (5 in total). I had seen they do nail art and I didn't see different charges depending on colour choice, so I was negatively surprised by the extra charge.

Had a booking and had to wait for 15 mins to be seen, would have preferred someone to be free for my booking time as I was then late home. However the lady who did my pedicure was so lovely and made me feed so relaxed
