Not happy this time. They accepted a random walk-in person and rushed the rest of us who had booked well in advance. I know they want to make as much money as possible, but this is not professional. My cuticles are barely done. I had paid for a 45' appointment and it lasted for 30' instead. Moreso, I had selected Amy to treat me, but she was busy with someone else. I'm a loyal customer but this time was disappointing.
