The staff were really friendly, but for the price paid I think the treatment was quite underwhelming. For example, my feet weren't filed focusing on rough areas but rubbed all over my foot, which meant I still had hard skin on heels etc but the arch of my foot (where skin is thinner) was really sore afterwards. And during the massage part, cream was applied for about 30 seconds without any massage, which is a shame as that's the best part of the treatment.
