The staff was kind and efficient, my daughter was with me and they welcomed her nicely. I could start my manicure a few minutes earlier than what I had booked which was great. They were very patient with me struggling to choose the shade of purple I wanted :) and the manicure was done quickly. The downside for me was that as a manicure it was not the best I've ever had and for the price of £30 I think it should and could be better
