Both times I’ve been here the Shellac polish has come off in less than a week. This time it only took 3 days for the polish to chip off on multiple nails. They were badly done in the first place too, with lumps in the polish. Not worth spending money here they do such a bad job.

BIAB not worth it at all. I paid £47 for removal, new set and manicure (which is £5 extra for just removal of cuticles), absolutely a joke. The quality is also not worth the price. There’s definitely better nail techs out there that do BIAB better, cheaper and don’t charge extra for tidying up the nail, which should be a part of doing nails anyway. Wouldn’t come back here.

Overall, the manicure and acrylic removal were good, and Hannah was really nice. The only downside was that the salon could have been a bit cleaner.
