The colour was really well done. Good advice and a really good job on the highlights! Couldn't complain about that.
The only criticism I would have is that for the price I paid I was surprised that it did not include a cut but that maybe because I'm new to Bristol. Also, i asked if it could be blow dried properly rather than rough dried. I know that the stylist had gone over time but there was no one else in the salon so i didn't think it was a big ask especially as its what I've had on every colour job previously
The staff were very welcoming and friendly and made me feel immediately comfortable. It's not one of those trendy salons that makes you feel as though you need to put on six layers of makeup before you even walk in the door. The stylist took time to listen to my vague requirements and suggested a few ideas. When she was cutting my hair she talked me through what she was going to do at each stage. I felt liked she understood what I wanted and I felt confident to ask her to change a few things. I would go back to this salon and recommend it to my friends. I'm very happy with my cut, an extra star would only go to somewhere that could get me to love my hair straight out of the salon but I don't think that is ever going to happen!
