The anti ageing facial did not include a face scrub or face massage. Just loads of packs and roller on the face. The hand massage was good. Don't see a difference after the facial which is not usual.

Had my first reflexology experience and honestly I don't think I have ever felt so relaxed during a treatment! Tatjana explained what she was going to do and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. Fascinating to learn what she could tell just through my feet! I can see myself repeating the experience in the future, although as she identified a lot of stiffness and tightness in my back and shoulders, it might have to be a massage first!
