Purchased 90 min cavitation deal on woucher. Unable to contact via phone. When queried after finding out I was pregnant if treatments purchased were safe was asked to email because receptionist had no idea, after emailing recieved a response 3 days later advising it was ok.
On day of appt received an email (not a call) advising main treat was cancelled however would could book at a later but still attend appt for remaining treatments. On arrival door was locked when someone did present was informed that we were miss informed as nothing could be done today so wasted travel and time, not to mention I was informed had I gone ahead it would have been dangerous for my unborn child and I was lucky it was in effect cancelled.
Shody service and must say extremely PO!

I bought the 90 minute pamper package from Wowcher. The venue does not reflect the name. It is far from a spa. 2 very small rooms on the ground floor. Very dingy atmosphere, no insurance details or qualification certificates in view. Only 1 out of the 3 treatments happened. Staff were not at all what you expect in a spa. No health questionnaires were completed and as 1 treatment involved a body wrap with a laser, this should have been done.
They called and cancelled the appointment the evening before and couldn't fit me in so I had to spend my Saturday morning ringing around nail bars to get an appointment
I would first like to say that I did find it difficult initially to get in contact with anyone at the salon by phone. I decided to send an e-mail and was able to book my appointment.
This was my first experience at this spa. I had received a hot stone massage, facial and manicure package as a mothers day present. I will say that my experience was absolutely FANTASTIC. My consultant Natalie was very friendly and professional. I left the spa feeling revived and energised, so much so that I re booked another treatment with Natalie!!.
I would definitely recommend this spa.

Accidentally booked the wrong date on wahanda. Tried emailing and calling the spa to rearrange but there was no answer over the course of several hours. As I wasn't able to attend, I have no idea what the treatment was like. The worst thing is, this was meant to be part of an early Christmas treat for me and my mum so either one of us misses out on Christmas Eve or I shell out another £35...
