Booked in for Ombré but given a bad highlight job. I had to go back to get it ‘fixed’ but wouldn’t go back again. Atmosphere is poor and the staff look like they have swallowed a bee. It’s quite dirty too and their chairs are run down.

Due to the lateness of the previous client treatment, unfortunately no fault at all of the beautician, my appointment was 15 minutes late. I felt my whole treatment seemed to be rushed and the beautician was tensed and stressed due to the lateness of starting my treatment, and this was felt during the facial.
