Over the last 6 months my appointments have been continuously interrupted many times with demands for my therapist to hurry up, cut my paid sessions short, due to double booking or to try and fit more people in that have walked in to make more money. This is creating a very stressful environment for staff and and unpleasant atmosphere for customers. While Alicia remains a fantastic beautician and does an incredible job the managment leaves a lot to be desired and have ignored my complaint.
