The massage itself was good however the floor of the treatment room was quite dirty. The masseuse was friendly but I felt could have been more attentive for example checking that it was ok to add oil to my hair etc.

I have been a couple of times and had no issues, however when I came back the other day, the stylist cut my hair with scissors and comb (which I may add is difficult and is not something that any stylist can do). The stylist was very rough on my head, scratched my neck with the comb and then cut my ear with scissors causing me to bleed.
