I had a wonderful massage with Isobel. She took the time to figure out how best to tailor the massage to help with my back pain, and even showed me some stretches afterwards to help manage particular areas of tension. It was really relaxing and there was a noticeable improvement in my back pain in the days afterwards. I will definitely be coming back!
