Isobel is absolutely wonderful - she's the best massage therapist I've found in Manchester and I come away feeling so relaxed every time. She has an incredibly calming presence and intuitively finds areas of tension. Can't recommend enough!

Whether you're sat at a desk all week, lifting heavy weights regularly, or tense with anticipation from stress and anxiety, it all takes it's toll, and left unchecked, we can end up unable to do the things we love or need to do because our bodies seem to be at odds with us. A truly personalised massage or reiki treatment can do so much to address that disconnect, and free up your body and mind to enjoy life. I love what I do, because I'm genuinely invested in every client and every treatment, and bring care and precision to every move. The tension of life maps onto our bodies, and I see my job as an opportunity to charter what's happening where, and exactly what is needed to loosen and free you up to live your best life. I welcome anyone looking for a wholesome, healing experience, and I am trauma informed, LGBTQ+ friendly, and well educated on neurodivergence. I also have a good understanding of fatigue based illnesses such as ME, fibromyalgia, and EDS, and love getting to know new people.
