Not sure I’d go back - booked a dry cut as my bleached hair is damaged and dry and I’d washed it the day before. I asked for a basic trim - split ends & fringe. The cut was meant to be dry but my hair ended up getting quite wet which would’ve been ok, but it was then blow dried on quite high heat with no heat protectant products whatsoever. I had to ask for heat protectant and felt like I was being fussy by doing so. I was then offered hair oil but much later. I paid £34 for this, not £10.
