What can I say what an incredible experience felt so welcome and relaxed the whole experience was amazing my hair looks and feels incredible was talked through every step as it was my first keratin treatment Gemma was very friendly and welcoming and instantly felt relaxed she also makes a mean cuppa definitely recommend
