Booked for balayage but Gemma advised from my face shape and how fast my hair grows that a full head of highlights would suit me better, glad I trusted her because turned out wonderful. Wanted a fairly natural blonde that matched my natural colour and she knew exactly how to achieve that. Really friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
