Although my hadn't gone through to the salon, Gemma was really happy to do my hair. I had to wait a while but that was not a problem. Gemma then went on to cut my hair in exactly the way I wanted it. I was extremely pleased and will be going back again.

I had a great experience - Charlotte did my hair and she did a really great job understanding what had to be done to get my desired result which was pretty specific! Her and Gemma were really relaxed and fun to be around.
