I did Shellac manicure with them just before and was so pleased that I came back for removal and a repeat. Half way through the removal the original technician had to leave. Her colleague finished the removal with the nail drill (!) and applied Shellac. I went to another salon to get the removal done (sooner as my actual nails were chipping), they really struggled with the removal and I am now stuck for at least a few more months with the thinnest brittle nails.

I had a gel manicure and got exactly the colour/treatment I wanted. The stylist was helpful and made sure I got the colour I wanted and made sure I was happy with the result.
