I booked here bcs they offer men's pedi, and wanted to treat my partner. It was the worst manicure of my life: done in 10 minutes or so, very hastily and without any care or attention to detail. There was a lot of dead skin left on my feet after she finished. When she finished my partner's pedi she just left him there with his feet sticking out!!
When she finished my manicure (which I liked), she didn't apply any oil or lotion. It was still sticky. She was hurrying to serve the next customer.

There was no one managing the salon. The beautician was trying to manage and run the salon. The premises are not clean. The manicure was very good.

The manicures and pedicures are always extremely thorough regardless of which beautician carries out the treatment. The seating is comfortable. The location is charming.The owner is bright, efficient and conscientious. One of the beauticians was not very friendly and was quite glum. This was during my last visit. The salon is not clean and should be cleaned thoroughly. The staff work hard and are always open to walk in appointments.
