I’ve been going to here for the last eight months, so I know how hard Ashley and the team works. I was really disappointed today. My treatment should have taken 35mins - it took 90mins. I suggest changing the advertised 35mins and clearly stating if it’s a technician still training. Not the best job. Badly shaped nails and altogether messy. Really disappointing when it cost me £30 altogether. Good customer service would have been not asking for the extra £5 for the one extension at the end.
